📦 Ordering

How do I place an order?+
It's easy! Go to our customizer, choose your hoodie color, enter your name, select your size, and add to cart. Then checkout with PayPal, credit card, or Venmo.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or cancel. Email support@theterriblehoodie.com immediately with your order number.
Do you offer bulk or team orders?+
Yes! Contact us for orders of 10+ hoodies. We offer discounts for teams, groups, and events. Email support@theterriblehoodie.com with details.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also visit our order tracker and enter your order number.

✏️ Customization

What can I put on my hoodie?+
You can add any name up to 16 characters. This can be your last name, nickname, or any text you'd like. The name appears in an arched script above the logo.
Can I see a preview before ordering?+
Absolutely! Our live preview shows your name on the hoodie as you type. Double-check the spelling before adding to cart.
Can I add numbers or additional graphics?+
Currently, we only offer name customization. We may add jersey numbers in the future - stay tuned!
What if I spelled my name wrong?+
We print exactly what you enter. Please double-check before ordering! If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to fix it before production.

🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?+
Standard orders take 7-10 business days (5-7 days production + 2-5 days shipping). Rush processing ($15) reduces production to 2-3 days.
Is shipping free?+
Yes! All orders ship FREE within the continental United States via USPS Ground Advantage.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently, we only ship within the continental US (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
Can I expedite my order for a game day deadline?+
Yes! Select "Rush Processing" at checkout to prioritize your order. This speeds up production time. For specific deadline concerns, contact us.

What sizes do you offer?+
We offer S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL. Check our size guide for measurements.
What is the hoodie made of?+
Our hoodies are 50/50 cotton-polyester blend, 10oz heavyweight fleece with a soft brushed interior. They feature a double-lined hood, kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs/hem.
How do I wash my hoodie?+
Machine wash cold inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the print. Following these steps keeps your hoodie looking great!
Will the print crack or peel?+
Our high-quality screen printing is designed to last. With proper care (washing inside out, no high heat), your print will stay vibrant for years.

💳 Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure PayPal checkout.
Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure, encrypted system. We never see or store your credit card information.
Can I return my hoodie?+
Because each hoodie is custom-made with your name, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we will replace any defective or damaged items. See our returns policy for details.
Do you charge sales tax?+
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address at checkout. Some states like PA and NJ don't tax clothing. The exact amount is shown before you complete your purchase.
