Custom Items Cannot Be Returned

Because every hoodie is made-to-order with your personalized name, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or name spelling (as entered by customer).

✓ Our Quality Guarantee

If your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our part, we will replace it at no cost. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind our quality. If your hoodie has any of these issues, we'll send a free replacement:

  • Print defects (fading, peeling, misalignment)
  • Manufacturing defects (holes, loose seams, broken zipper)
  • Shipping damage (received torn, stained, or wet)
  • Wrong item sent (wrong color or size than ordered)
  • Our spelling error (name different than what you entered)

✗ We Cannot Accept Returns For

Non-Defective Items

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Ordered wrong size (please check our size guide!)
  • Customer-entered spelling errors
  • Color looks different than expected on screen
  • Gift recipient doesn't want it
  • General wear and tear after use

Send clear photos showing the defect or damage. Include your order number.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Replacement Shipped

If approved, we'll produce and ship your replacement with priority processing.

Double-check your name: Preview your hoodie before adding to cart. Make sure the spelling is exactly how you want it.

Use our size guide: Check the size guide and measure yourself. When in doubt, size up!

Read the color description: Our Gold/Black hoodie is gold fabric with black print. Black/Gold is black fabric with gold print.
